Returns & Exchanges Policy

At TAILANG , we stand behind the quality of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning or exchanging items purchased from our international store.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition, exactly as you received it.

  • In the original packaging, including all tags, labels, and protective covers.

  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number/invoice).

  • Requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Us
Please contact our customer service team within the eligible return period at service@modamiras.com.

  • Provide your Order Number and the product(s) you wish to return or exchange.

  • Explain the reason for the return/exchange (e.g., wrong size, defective, etc.).

Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions
We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to ship the package. Returns shipped without an RMA number may not be accepted.

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Ship the item(s) to the address we provide, using a trackable and insured shipping service. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item) or a defective product.

4. Return Shipping Costs & Customs

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any insurance.

  • International Customs Duties: Please be aware that when you ship a return to us, you may be charged export duties or taxes by your country. Additionally, we may be charged import duties upon its arrival. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

  • For Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label or compensate you for the return shipping costs upon verification.

5. Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria listed in Section 1. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for us to process the return after we receive it.

We will notify you via email about the status of your return.

6. Refunds

  • Timing: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. A credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

  • Amount: You will be refunded the full purchase price of the product. Original shipping costs and any import duties you paid are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error.

7. Exchanges

We currently only exchange items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will require photographs or a video of the damaged product and its packaging to assist you promptly. We will then arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any original shipping costs.
